Daily Meditations – Wednesday (02-27-13)

John 15:4 – Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me.

WE WORK OURSELVES SEEKING TO SERVE GOD. IF WE WOULD SPEND OUR TIME WITH HIM – WAITING BEFORE HIM, WE WOULD FIND HIS SUPERNATURAL ACOMPANIMENT WORKING MIGHTILY IN OUR EFFORTS TO SERVE HIM. WE WOULD BECOME PASSENGERS IN THE VEHICLE OF HIS WILL, A VEHICLE IN WHICH HE HIMSELF IS BOTH CAPTAIN AND NAVIGATOR.

Psalm 62:5 – My soul, wait thou only upon God; for my expectation is from Him.

Mark 10:44,45 – And whosoever of you will be the chiefest, shall be servant of all. For even the Son of Man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give His life a ransom for many.

I CONFESS THAT MY LIFE SHOWS FORTH AN EXCELLENT IMAGE OF WHO JESUS IS AND WHAT HE STANDS FOR IN THIS WORLD. I AM HIS REPRESENTATIVE, AND THEREFORE I DO EVERYTHING WITH THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF EXCELLENCE!

Song of Solomon 2:4 – He brought me into the wine-cellars and set love in order within me.

YOU COME FROM YOUR DELIGHTFUL FELLOWSHIP WITH THE KING (JESUS) INTOXICATED WITH LOVE FOR YOU HAVE TASTED OF THE FINEST WINE. THE KING HAS BROUGHT YOU INTO HIS WINE-CELLARS WHERE YOU WILL DRINK DEEPLY OF HIM.
