Daily Word – April 22, 2019

Romans 10:9 – “If you confess with your lips that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.”
Confession without any faith in the heart is powerless; it’s useless.

What if I don’t believe in my heart? Should I still confess the Word of God?

Yes, because with my lips, I can make confessions unto faith. In other words, as I say God’s word over and over again, faith can be built in my heart where before there wasn’t any faith.

I can speak God’s Word so much that it will eventually affect my heart, and I will begin believing it.

Romans 10:17 – “So then faith cometh by hearing and hearing, by the Word of God.”
