DAILY MEDITATIONS AND AFFIRMATIONS – 334

There must be an experiential quality to our walk with the Lord. Not only do we experience Him in a tangible way but we also exude the SPIRITUAL LIGHT that has been deposited within us to reach out and take a spiritual interest in the lives of others.
“You are the light of the world…Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it gives light unto all that are in the house…Let your light shine before men…” – John 5:14-16

Some believers struggle with pity and overvalue emotion. Scripture reveals that faith, more than tears, moves the heart of God. The Lord wants to develop an intimate, mature relationship with these emotionally-driven believers, but unless they die to self-pity and selfishness, their self-absorbed tears will blind them to the ministry of the Spirit and the needs of others.
“And without faith it is impossible to please God.” – Hebrews 11:6
God designed you to be a powerful part of His plan, but so much depends upon your willingness to allow Him to unleash the dreams inside you.
AFFIRMATION:

change the way I talk — I see the way God meant it to be, and start calling forth my miracle.

Leave outcomes up to God. Follow the Holy Spirit wherever He leads, without worrying about how it will all turn out. Think of your life as an adventure, with Him as your Guide and Companion.

Live in the now, concentrating on staying in step with Him. When our path leads to a cliff, be willing to climb it with His help. When we come to a resting place, take time to be refreshed in His Presence. Enjoy the rhythm of life lived close to Him.

You already know the ultimate destination of your journey: your entrance into heaven. So keep your focus on the path just before you (your calling in Christ), leaving outcomes up to Him.

“I am still confident of this: I will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. Wait for the Lord; be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord.” – Psalm 27:13–14

“In your unfailing love you will lead the people you have redeemed. In your strength you will guide them to your holy dwelling.” – Exodus 15:13

DAILY MEDITATIONS AND AFFIRMATIONS – 333

“Then those who feared the Lord spoke with one another; the Lord heeded and heard them, and a book of REMEMBRANCE was written before Him of those who feared the Lord and thought on His name.” – Malachi 3:16

Think about the wonderful things that God has done in and through you in the past. Re-dig the wells of your testimonies. They are evidence of future blessings and are reminders of His faithfulness to deliver you in your current situation.
You have been prepared for a harvest, gathered in by arms of compassion. You have been comforted by the Lord so you may DISCIPLE others, loving them and equipping them to life.
AFFIRMATION:

I let Jesus wash my feet with a deeper revelation of Himself through His word.

God never promised to lead us by our physical senses or our mental faculties. What we see through the eyes of the Spirit is usually in great contrast to what the natural eyes are telling us. Our physical senses deceive us and are unreliable.

What God reveals in the ‘unseen’ realm, has far more reality than what we observe in the ‘seen’ realm. When we see through the eyes of the Spirit, everything changes. So often we pray for the situation to change but what we really need to pray is ‘Lord open my eyes.’

“And the Lord said to Joshua: ‘See! I have given Jericho into your hand, its king, and the mighty men of valor.”‘ – Joshua 6:2

God was commanding Joshua to SEE THE UNSEEN! Before he would see Jericho defeated with his physical eyes, he had to see Jericho defeated with his spiritual eyes. He had to see into the eternal. It must be tangible in your spirit, before it becomes tangible in the natural.

“He was very thirsty, and he called out to the Lord, ‘You gave this great deliverance through Your servant, but now may I die of thirst and fall into the hands of the uncircumcised?’ So God split open the basin at Lehi, and water flowed out of it. He drank, was refreshed, and revived. Because of this, he called the place En Hakkore, which is in Lehi to this day.” – Judges 15:18-19
A war-weary Samson called out to God in a moment of desperation and God split open the very ground Samson stood on, causing refreshing water to flow!
En Hakkore means the fountain of the crier or the spring of one who prays.

Your Prayers Have Come Up Before the Lord!
To the worn out, war-weary ones – those who have fought and maybe even seen great victory but now it looks like a dehydrated death in the dust is your portion – there is an En Hakkore for you!
This same Spirit of God that broke open the ground to release refreshing water is the same Holy Spirit that is causing tremors beneath the dry ground beneath you. These tremors are cracking open the dusty places, the dead soil, and the parched earth to release waters of revival, calling, and purpose that will bring a supernatural restoration to you!

DAILY MEDITATIONS AND AFFIRMATIONS – 332

“I am the living bread which came down from heaven; if any one eats of this bread he will live for ever.” – John 6:51

In the Holy Place, the Table of Shewbread was a symbol of thanksgiving for His divine provision. After serving its purpose in the Holy Place it was consumed by the priests. We must consume every revelation of the Lord to be molded into His image and bear His attributes.

“God who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion.” – Philippians 1:6
Are you hungry? Do you want to be a sign, a wonder, and a miracle for the glory of the Lord and for a harvest of souls such as the world has never before seen?

“For the Kingdom of God is not in word but in power.” – 1 Corinthians 4:20

God gives us the power of the Holy Spirit to break the curse. When we lift our hand against the darkness, we have the authority to break every curse of the devil. The curse represents every evil thing that tries to lay hold of us or anyone else because of the fall of man. When Adam sinned against God, he gave over the authority God had given him. Through the work of the Cross our authority has been restored. It still remains that WE MUST TAKE AUTHORITY and break these things through the power of the Holy Spirit.

AFFIRMATIONS:
I rise above the pressures of time and walk in the eternal life of God.

I know that if I measure everything by what has happened in my past, I will never grow beyond it. My confidence rests in what God has said.

There is a move of God that is living in me and the Lord is eager for it to be released and bring glory to His name.

“And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, full of grace and truth; we have beheld His glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father.” – John 1:14

When the Word became flesh, it didn’t just stop with Jesus. The Word is still becoming flesh as He tabernacles with you, living within your tent of flesh and blood and redeemed humanity. You are His habitation, His dwelling place, and He has established His throne within the chambers of your heart, as a living tabernacles of His glory.

The Word becomes who you are DESTINED to be, within the realms of glory; of grace upon grace and spiritual blessing upon spiritual blessing and favor upon favor and gift upon gift.

For the Word must increase and consume your flesh, consume it and be glorified so that when they look upon you they will behold His Glory, and behold one who is indeed begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.

“The Word was the true light that enlightens all men….but to all who received Him, to those who believed in His name, He gave the right to become children of God — children born not of natural descent, nor of human decision or a husband’s will but born of God.” – John 1:12,13

DAILY MEDITATIONS AND AFFIRMATIONS – 331

“His power at work in us who believe. This power in us is the same as the mighty strength which He used when He raised Christ from death….” – Ephesians 1:20
You have resurrection power attached to your prayer life! You can look to things that are absolutely dead and pray forth eternal LIFE! The same power in us is the same potency God demonstrated when He raised Jesus out of the grave.

“And John bore witness, “I saw the Spirit descend as a dove from heaven, and it remained on him.” – Mark 1:10

Being a person on whom the Holy Spirit can remain has a cost. (Cost in this context has nothing to do with works. It is passion for Him and a reverence for His presence where every move we make has Him in mind.)

“Faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see.” – Hebrews 11:1

We’ve been trained to think that reality is what we can see. Actually, though, the person who is not living in faith is the one who is not living in reality.
AFFIRMATIONS:

The life of grace far surpasses mere mental belief in the truths of God — it frees my spirit to fly powerfully above all things.

I shut the door on all the distractions of this life, the cares of this world, the busyness of my daily affairs and anything else that would keep me from pressing into God.

Since I am committed to prayer, I refuse to give up in the middle of battle and am determined to receive my reward.

“He who breaks through has gone up before them; they will break through and pass the gate and go out by it. Then their king will pass on before them, the Lord at their head.” – Micah 2:13

Our standard is Jesus, and because of this, there is always going to be the need for breakthrough in regards to our being like Him, manifesting His works, and walking in His stature. Life is about breaking through to a better, higher and deeper place with God, to see more of God’s activity in the earth.
It is a time to press in for more, to ignite the fires of intercession and grab hold of communion, devotion, pursuit, and expectation that will foster the glory of God in your life. Be intentional about your approach, set aside time to seek the Lord for His breakthroughs for you. God wants you to go higher, make things better and bring an increase in His activity in your life more than ever!

DAILY MEDITATIONS AND AFFIRMATIONS – 230

“Don’t give the devil a chance.” – Ephesians 4:27
What hinders men from seeing and hearing God, is their own hearing, seeing and willing: by their own wills they separate themselves from the will of God.
To see God, it is imperative that our vision becomes spiritual and not just sensory. To hear God, we must learn to tune out the clamor of our fears and earthly desires.

The Bible was written by individuals who actually beheld the glory of God. To see the glory of God is our call as well. Our spiritual vision is not an imaginary device of the mind, but that which comes from the living union of the Holy Spirit with our hearts.

Matthew 5:8 — “Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.”

“Eagerly desire spiritual gifts, especially the gift of prophecy.” – 1 Corinthians 14:1

Spiritual gifts are the only things we are told to covet, and prophetic gifting heads the list. Why? Because revelations given by the Holy Spirit personally and wonderfully edify other people. These utterances let them know that God is involved in their lives in a very intimate way.
AFFIRMATIONS:
As I allow the Holy Spirit to move through me, I will be constantly searching for those whose lives are formless and void. I will become a bridge for them into the glorious, creative purpose of God.

I take time to hear the words of Jesus instead of getting caught in what seems to be the need of the moment.

I sow the seed of the Word of God to my spirit instead of sowing seeds to my flesh. What I feed on is what will grow in my life.

“Prophesy to these bones, and say to them, ‘O dry bones, hear the word of the Lord'” (Ezekiel 37:4).

Let’s draw near to Him and ask Him to flood our individual lives and the lives we touch and minister to — for everything the water touches will spring to life.

Let’s spend more time raising our spiritual consciousness with the truths of our inheritance in Christ from the Bible so that there are no “empty places” in our souls.

Let’s spend more time worshiping the Father and praying each and every day, letting the Living Waters fill us and then flow out of innermost being to the people whose lives God has given us to affect and change.

Let’s flood the atmosphere around us every day with the glory of God! For He is the Kingdom and the power and the glory. As we do this, then we will see exactly what Habakkuk 2:14 says – “For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea.”

DAILY MEDITATIONS AND AFFIRMATIONS – 329

“And they have conquered him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony.” – Revelation 12:11

You must hold fast to the things that you receive from God! How can you hold fast to them? You hold fast by the blood of the Lamb and the word of your testimony.

Our authority has been redeemed. Our dominion has been redeemed. We need to take our hands, lay them on everything, and claim the blessings of God with authority, by the Blood and in the name of Jesus.

“Set your mind on the things above, not on the things that are on earth. For you have died and your life is hidden with Christ in God. – Colossians 3:2,3

The abundant life that Jesus promised His disciples is found in the unseen realm.
By abiding in His manifested presence, and becoming one with His Word, we become bold and are able to stand firm, knowing who we are in Christ and who Christ is within us (see Proverbs 28:1).
God’s Word declares that the fullness of the Godhead is in Christ and that we are complete in Him. (See Colossians 2:9,10)
Be confident: You are born for this day. Do not delay to move forward by faith, walking in victory and taking your place as an overcomer, embracing fully the destiny God has planned for you

“Are not all angels ministering spirits sent to serve those who will inherit salvation?” – Hebrews 1:14

If you desire to bring light into the darkness, be confident that angels will be assigned to protect, provide, strengthen and bring communication to you.
The Spirit of God sets things in order, bringing about divine purpose — standing ready to move, aiding all who seek to establish the King in His Kingdom (see Hebrews 1:14).
The Spirit of the Lord is calling for the Lord’s army to arise, taking hold of the Kingdom with true spiritual power and force.

The disciples did not just pray and sit around waiting for God to enter the “playing field” to convert the world on His own. They went out into the world so that the Holy Spirit might go into the World.
AFFIRMATIONS:

I must obtain the prize. I must fulfill the purpose for which I was born. I must achieve the plan of God for my life.

I expect to conquer any obstacle I face today. Jesus makes the difference. I never say anything I don’t want satan to believe.

I let my words create the current that sweeps me into the heart of God.

DAILY MEDITATIONS AND AFFIRMATIONS – 328

“For this reason, we also thank God without ceasing, because when you received the word of God which you heard from us, you welcomed it not as the word of men, but as it is truth, the word of God, which also effectively works in you who believe.” – (1 Thessalonians 2:13)

Do you wonder where the breakthrough is so that you can slay the giants that hold you back? The way to breakthrough and empowerment is by the effectual working power of Christ Jesus in and through you.

Get out your promises and use them as the weapons they are! Speak them out. Pray them out. Dream and re-envision them. Recall and remember. Decree them. Imagine them manifest. See them fulfilled. Stir up faith in your own heart by remembering them. Let them inspire you, move you, fire you up afresh.

“We are ambassadors for Christ, God making his appeal through us.” – 2 Corinthians 5:20
The calling of God to be a part of His new creation is a call to service. Reconciling the world back to God is our basic ministry. We are called to be His ambassadors.

As His ambassadors, when we share the Good News, we are not just trying to “fill the pews” and pile more people into church but to equip new believers to be effective in advancing God’s Kingdom on earth. Our ultimate goal is to offer Him an inheritance of children and give people a place in a divinely appointed family. Once we taste of His love, we will consistently release it to bring change to those around us until the earth begins to look like Heaven. This is exactly what Jesus did.

“Arise, shine; for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord has risen upon you. – Isaiah 60:1
We have to take the first step. Immediately when we arise, we find He is there. If we arise and shine, drudgery becomes divinely transfigured.
It is absolutely needed for us to keep our eyes on the intentional PURPOSE of God for US being on the planet. Every day is an occasion to affect the atmosphere of where we are. Don’t allow the enemy to weary you, causing you to lose focus and bring you into an oppressive state of mind. Jesus gave His life so that we, first of all, would find freedom and then be able to be the conduits of His glory in the earth.
AFFIRMATIONS:

I ask the Holy Spirit to give me wisdom and courage to step out and begin to fulfill the destiny He has birthed so deeply inside me.

My heart releases the compassion of Jesus Christ to help deliver people caught in the deception of sin and darkness and set them free.

Since I want Christ to “shine” upon me, I arise from the distractions that entomb me in lethargy and spiritual darkness.
